I believe that all homes should be cozy, functional, and beautiful.  Most importantly they should reflect the interests and personalities of the client.  By combining their criteria with beautiful design, help transform their house into a home.

I have always loved design and have helped many friends in designing their living spaces.  Eventually that grew into Criteria Design, which I started in 2012.   Since then, I have supported all types of design and renovation projects, from single room redesigns to new home construction.   My clients have ranged from those who have a great eye, but just need some help putting finishing touches in place to those who have no idea where to start and how to make their house feel cohesive.  Some are also overwhelmed by the entire process and want someone who can advocate for them during meetings with their general contractor making sure their needs are met, while not taking up their own precious time or potentially getting frustrated during the process.  Throughout it all, I keep my clients needs always front of mind and making sure you are well informed on each stage of the process.  My goal is to minimize your stress and frustration, while creating a beautiful home that is uniquely yours.
